Rationale

In order to develop talents, academically and/or cognitively gifted students need to be given appropriate opportunities for learning, training, and practice.  ELP provides such opportunities for student growth.  The ELP teacher's task is to recognize students’ natural abilities and help students transfer those abilities into talents and performance through specialized curriculum and instruction.
