- Installs, maintains, and repairs computer networks
- Maintains & repairs fire alarms, telephone, audio & paging, bells, access control, security & surveillance equipment & systems
- Repairs office equipment - copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
Custodial Department:
- Maintains clean, sanitary & safe buildings
- Removes snow from sidewalks
- Submits work orders
- Checks building security
- Inspects buildings & grounds
- Assists with building rentals as required
