SEL Response to COVID 19
About
During this challenging time, the physical and mental health and safety of our students, families, and staff is top priority. Understanding that each individual and family has different needs right now, we've compiled a list of helpful links and resources and placed them in appropriate categories for fast and easy searches. We hope having this information in one place will be useful and comforting to all in our SLCSD family. We’ll be updating this page as we discover more material to keep you informed and connected.

PERSPECTIVE TAKING
It is important for children to learn the skill of perspective taking. This is the ability to consider the situation from a different point of view. When a child has the ability to do this, they are able to be more sensitive to others and have a higher understanding of tough situations.

PROBLEM SOLVING
