Science Team of the Year
The Utah Science Teaching Association has awarded the Salt Lake City Elementary Science Department the designation of “Outstanding Elementary Science Team 2024.” This award was given to the team for exemplary work in supporting and improving science education in elementary classrooms and in providing high-quality professional learning on phenomenon-driven science instruction in classrooms across the district and the state. Salt Lake City School District is leading the way in elementary science education.
The Board of Education also honored the work of this great team during a board meeting in November. Please join us celebrating this wonderful achievement!
