Verification of Employment

Employment verification for Salt Lake City School District's current or former employees must be submitted in writing and include a signed authorization from the current/former employee. Human Resource Services will not provide employment verification / re-verification information over the phone or in person under any circumstance. Please do not leave voicemail messages requesting verification information, they will not be returned. 

Please email requests to HRVOE@slcschools.org. Inquiries will be responded to within two (2) business days.

Human Resource Services does not process VOE's for mortgage loans, income verifications or garnishments. Please email these types of requests to the Payroll Department at voe@slcschools.org. 

*For current employees, please email any verification forms (DWFS, Housing, Medicare/Medicaid and etc.) that need to be completed to the email address listed above, paper copies will not be accepted. *

If you are an educator needing a verification of experience form to verify prior years of service worked please email that directly to Kimberly.Hill@slcschools.org 

For Public School Loan Forgiveness Forms, please email the complete packet to George.Oconnor@slcschools.org for processing.
