Licensed/Teacher

Image: Teacher Licensed positions are those that require professional licenses. Examples of licensed positions include Teacher, Social Worker, Counselor, and Librarian or Media Specialist.

To be considered for a Teaching or other Licensed position, you MUST have a Utah license for the posted position, or you must have applied for a Utah license. When applying for Teaching or other Licensed openings, you must submit the following:

Salt Lake City School District Employment Application
Affirmative Action Data Form (voluntary)
Resume
Cover letter (optional)
Copies of official transcripts
Three letters of recommendation
Copy of Utah Teaching License
Copies of out of state Teaching or other Professional Licenses
