General Benefits Information
Contract employees with Salt Lake City School District are eligible to receive some or all of the following benefits dependent upon bargaining association; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance , Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability (only available to Administrators and Exempt employees), District Provided Term Life Insurance, Employee Paid Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.

New Employee Benefits Enrollment
If you are a new employee needing to enroll and make benefit selections, please click on Employee Navigator under the Resources column. You should have received an email from Employee Navigator with instructions on how to register for a new account. Please note that new employees have a 30 day window to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll in benefits during that time, you will have to wait until the next open enrollment period.
Please note that all contract employees are responsible to contact the Benefits office for a Benefit Orientation within 30 days of hire. Benefit enrollment must be completed within 30 days of eligibility date/contract date of hire. Benefits begin 1st of the month following 30 days from eligibility date.
