Salt Lake City School District provides a Group Term Life Insurance  Policy and AD&D Insurance for all contract employees.  Following are the different type we provide: 

  • District Paid Life Insurance (contract Administrator, Certified, Contract Classified, Exempt)
  • Optional Voluntary Life Insurance
  • First time enrollment (new employees) Guaranteed Issue of $300,000.00
