- IPM- Intergrated Pest Mangement, inspect building for pests and rodents, set up monitors, traps, housekeeping, and environmentally responsible pesticides when needed in targeted areas.
- Debris around building, Door sweeps
Summer Cleaning
- June – August
- Deep cleaning of entire building items may include
- · Clean all desks, chairs, and cabinets
- · Clean all high traffic carpet
- · Scrub wax floors
- · Wash walls
- · Check for work order items (burned out ballasts, dripping sink etc)
- · Empty and wipe down lockers
- · Deep clean restrooms
- · Curb Appeal (Weeds, Trash, etc. outside)
High schools
- Redo gym floors every year (if applicable)
- All Schools every two years
- Re-wax halls
- Gym floors
