Pilates I mat class focuses on strengthening and lengthening your entire body, emphasizing core stability and strength. Participants will come to understand the 5-basic principles of STOTT PILATES®, which help improve mind-body connection, posture, and balance. The class is well-suited for people new to Pilates and those who want to improve their practice by enhancing their mind-body connection. Bring a yoga-type mat and a small towel (hand towel) to class.
