Taylor Layton graduated from West High School and has been educating ever since. He's taught from 3rd to 8th grade, been an instructional coach, and is now a passionate school leader committed to joining teachers and students on their journey of lifelong growth. He loves the outdoors, especially running long distances, but he is also happy playing video games or at a cozy reading party with his wife. He has coached debate, chess, and running. He wants every school to be a source of joy, learning, and happy memories, just like he had as a student at Lowell Elementary and West High.
