New Principal at Beacon Heights Elementary

Adrienne Lobato brings twenty-four years of experience in the Salt Lake City School District, where she has served students, families, and educators in a variety of impactful roles. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse student populations and remains committed to creating inclusive learning environments where every student feels a sense of belonging and is supported in achieving academic success.
Adrienne began her career as an elementary teacher at Parkview Elementary, teaching third through fifth grade. She later transitioned to a district role as a data and assessment specialist, supporting district and state assessment processes, partnering with schools to analyze student performance data, and helping administrators and educators use data to improve student outcomes.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to building strong relationships with students, staff, and the broader school community, Adrienne served as assistant principal at North Star Elementary for five years before stepping into the principal role, where she has served for the past five years. During her tenure, she led initiatives focused on academic growth and achievement, fostering a positive school culture, and developing comprehensive systems of support that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to music, attending concerts and arts events, and pursuing lifelong learning, personal growth, and overall wellness.
