Bailee Monteiro has dedicated the past 10 years to education. Originally from California, she has served as a special-needs paraprofessional, elementary educator, and all-subject middle school teacher. Bailee started working for Canyons School District in 2021, spending the past five years teaching middle school math and science and contributing to school leadership. She is passionate about mentoring educators, fostering inclusive learning environments, advancing educational equity, and building strong school cultures that support student success.

Outside of school, she loves spending time with her own children, working out, and enjoying the outdoors.
