Northwest Middle School science teacher Dr. Judith Neugebauer is a finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.

Mark Unruh from East High School was named Wasatch Front School Counselor of the Year for the Salt Lake City School District.

West High counselors were up early on Friday, March 14, flipping pancakes and serving them to students.
