Highland High School student body officers invited our superintendent, Dr. Elizabeth Grant, to talk about dignity and the Dignity Index. They discussed the contempt students sometimes encounter, how to respond with dignity, and how leading with dignity strengthens belonging. Students shared ideas for showing dignity to peers, teachers, and even competitors to help create a welcoming school community.
