Coach Resources

    • SLCSD Coach Training — annual session (Fall: May 18 | Winter: TBA October | Spring: TBA February); recording quiz required if not attended in person (100% required to pass)
    •  Aktivate Trainings (Athletics only) — annual requirement; reimbursement available through AD
    •  Annual SY27 Coaching Agreement — required of all coaches, completed each season
    •  Interscholastic Activity Disclosure Statement (NEW) — template attached/available through AD; must be completed and distributed to students/families before tryouts or auditions

    UHSAA

    • UHSAA Rules Clinic (Complete before season begins)
    • Calendar
    • Handbook
    • Late Credential Fines— completed at UHSAA.org before each season's deadline; late completion = coach pays late fee
    • Vector Trainings (District Employees) — required for Fall coaches, due by July 27

    • Get Involved Form
    •  Fingerprinting/Background Check — Get Involved form first, then contact Scout (eliza.asay@slcschools.org) to schedule
    • Aktivate Trainings (Athletics only) — reimbursement available through AD
    • Payroll Forms — watch for DocuSign email; required before ParentSquare access
    •  Annual SY27 Coaching Agreement — required of all coaches, completed each season
