KEEP (Kindergarten Entry Exit Profile)

Kindergarten Entry and Exit Profile

KEEP is a kindergarten assessment designed to provide information about students’ early academic and developmental skills. It helps schools understand what students know and can do as they enter and exit kindergarten and monitor growth during the kindergarten year.

KEEP results can help teachers identify students’ strengths and areas where additional support may be helpful. The assessment is one source of information used to understand student learning and is not intended to be the sole measure of a child’s abilities or progress.
