 If you are inquiring for a rental at a High School, please reach out to the school's Athletic Director.

Salt Lake City School District only accepts rentals 6 months prior to the date of the rental. 

Seasonal Field Lottery:

  • All lottery requests must be submitted by the Monday of the week prior to the lottery. Requests may be made through email, School Space, USPS, or hand-delivery.
  • The lottery will be held at a public meeting; the date, time, and location of the lottery will be announced at least one week in advance. If it is determined that no requests overlap, we will contact all requestors before the lottery meeting to let them know the results and that no meeting will need to be held. 
    • For Fall season rentals, the lottery will be held on the last Monday in April
    • For Spring season rentals, the lottery will be held on the last Monday in September
    • For Summer season rentals, the lottery will be held on the first Monday in January 
    • No Winter season lottery 

Season Schedule: 

  • Fall: September 1 - October 31
  • Winter: We do not rent fields in the winter
  • Spring: April 1 - May 31
  • Summer: June 1 - July 31
