If you are inquiring for a rental at a High School, please reach out to the school's Athletic Director.
We only accept rentals six months in advance
Seasonal Field lottery
All lottery requests must be submitted by the Monday of the week prior to the lottery. Requests may be made through email, USPS, or hand-delivery.
The lottery will be held at a public meeting; the date, time, and location of the lottery will be announced at least one week in advance. If it is determined that no requests overlap, we will contact all requestors before the lottery meeting to let them know the results and that no meeting will need to be held.
No Winter season lottery
Fall: September 1 - October 31
Winter: We do not rent fields in the winter
Spring: April 1 - May 31
Summer: June 1 - July 31
We do not rent our fields in August
