Background Check (BCI) Volunteer Application through the SLEF |
A Supervised Volunteer: Someone who works directly, either individually or in small groups, with students. This individual must always be in the line of sight of a district employee; never alone with a student. District volunteer monitoring:District volunteers can register, apply for a background check and record their service hours from any district kiosk. This makes monitoring volunteers district wide possible. |

Current First Aid and CPR Certification | Must be live training (not an online course) Both are required Save-A-Heart does a lot of our trainings but there are other acceptable courses |

All Certifications/documents must be entered into Register My Coach https://coach.registermyathlete.com and complete the online application prior to having your name submitted to the district for BCI.
