Volunteer Application through the SLEF 

A Supervised Volunteer: Someone who works directly, either individually or in small groups, with students. This individual must always be in the line of sight of a district employee; never alone with a student.

District volunteer monitoring:

District volunteers can register, apply for a background check and record their service hours from any district kiosk. This makes monitoring volunteers district wide possible.

Coaching Certification or College Degree/Minor (PE/Coaching) Fundamentals of Coaching (6 hrs.)
Concussion Training (CIS) Concussion  in Sports -What You Need to Know (35 min.)
Bullying, Cyber-bullying, Hazing, Harassment and Retaliation Training: Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training  Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors (30 min.)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification  Must be live training (not an online course) Both are required Save-A-Heart does a lot of our trainings but there are other acceptable courses

All Certifications/documents must be entered into Register My Coach https://coach.registermyathlete.com and complete the online application prior to having your name submitted to the district for BCI.
