General Building Maintenance PM Schedule

Area Maintenance

Area Maintenance is important to us because:

  • Helps reduce the travel time normally required to complete work orders for items that require very little time.
  • Reduces vehicle operation costs.
  • Allows us to turnaround work orders much faster.
  • Helps us better achieve our WO goals.
  • Increases customer satisfaction
  • Helps maintain the buildings and prevent small problems from becoming large and more serious.
  • We are able to find and see problems and conditions while checking the buildings others might miss.
