Back to School Fair

Please join us on Friday, August 20, for our district-wide Back to School Fair! The fair will be held on the field behind Glendale Middle School, Friday, August 20, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This is a chance for you to learn about districtwide programs, services, and resources, and to meet our new Superintendent. Tents will be set up where representatives from many departments will be available to answer your questions.

The Back to School Fair will be a fun activity for your children too, with music, food trucks, free drawings for prizes, and more. Parking for students and families will be in the area around Glendale Middle School.

Upon entrance, attendees will receive a punch card and a food ticket. The punch cards will be used for hourly prize drawings. Any student or parent who visits five or more tents and collects signatures from each tent will be eligible to enter. Prize drawings will happen each hour (4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 p.m.). The prize for each hour will be a Microsoft Surface. Only students and parents are eligible, but they do not have to be present to win. We will ask parents and students to write their contact information on the back of their punch cards and turn them in if they leave the fair.

In conjunction with the Back to School Fair, we are partnering with the Salt Lake County Health Department to host a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Glendale Middle School. The vaccines are free and welcome to anyone in the community, age 12 and older.
